IT PM’s approach to projects

Our System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) is a collection of activities for project realization, organized into phases that reflect the best practices from the Project Management Institute®, the Software Engineering Institute®, Rational Software Corporation®, ISO 9001/TickIT, and other sources of industry best practices.

The SDLC model can be put in place as a project repository, providing a roadmap of simple processes for getting the job done, and helpful guidelines, templates and checklists for doing it right.

In all our projects, IT PM follows a defined workflow, illustrated in the project management framework. This model serves to educate and guide participants through the project, and can be tailored to specific organizational structures, program management and portfolio management requirements.
