ISO 9001/TickIT EXPERIENCE
More and more IT project contracts require vendors and contributing staff to hold one or more recognized industry certifications or qualifications. We have extensive experience designing and building mission critical and safety-related information systems and software products for regulated environments under a registered ISO 9001/TickIT QMS. ANNUAL EXTERNAL CONFORMANCE AUDITS
The majority of corporate certifications and assessments do not require external monitoring or control beyond initial achievement of the certificate. Once an organization has achieved certification, there is little or no external oversight to ensure they “play by the rules” of their certification.

Maintenance of our ISO 9001/TickIT quality management system registration requires a contractual commitment to a program of continuous improvement of our processes through regular internal audits, as well as annual surveillance audits by an accredited third-party registrar: Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance (LRQA), and full re-registration audits every three years. These independent audits provide formal documented assurance to our customers that we are currently operating in full conformance with our QMS and that its processes are effective.
